TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Reservations are taken on a provisional basis. If payment is not received by Victoria Falls Safari Lodge within at least 30 days prior to arrival date Victoria Falls Safari Lodge reserves the right to cancel booking.
2) PAYMENT
Full payment of the total value of booking must be received by ourselves at least 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment must be received by ourselves within 72 hours of making the booking, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by ourselves at the time of making the reservation.
3) CANCELLATION
Cancellation by client: Please note cancellations must be acknowledged by Victoria Falls Safari Lodge in writing. Where a cancellation is made, a percentage of the total value of the booking will be payable as per schedule below.
1. More than 30 Days prior to date of arrival - 0%
2. 21 to 30 Days prior to date of arrival - 25%
3. 11 to 20 Days prior to date of arrival - 50%
4. 0 to 10 Days prior to date of arrival - 75%
The above percentage is based on the total value of the individual reservation as booked and includes all touring booked with Victoria Falls Safari Lodge.
Cancellation by Victoria Falls Safari Lodge:
If full payment for a booking has not been received in the period as detailed above, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and charge cancellation fees if applicable. It is the Agents’ / Operators’ responsibility to advise us of the reservation status to allow adequate time for payments and confirmations.
