"Victoria Falls Safari Club is the ultimate getaway. The property is stunning, the staff professional, pleasant and always go above and beyond. We were only there 2 nights but it was magical. We had a sunset cruise night one with cocktails and appetizers including sushi and other delightful bites. The river was beautiful and the sunset beautiful. The next day we did a walking tour of the Falls and all I can say is stunning. In the afternoon we took a helicopter ride over the Falls that was just breathtaking. We saw giraffes, hippos, elephants, Nyalas, warthogs and many species of birds from the lodge. Amazing trip I would highly recommend to anyone."

Yes it does, with spectacular views of the waterhole. It is located on its own bespoke covered deck, above the exclusive sitting area and viewing deck.

These are available from the Club Reception and should be returned after use.

As a consideration to guests arriving on the early morning flights, check out time is 10:00. Should you require your account to remain open after checking out of your room, please inform the Club Reception. Late checkouts are subject to room availability.

Victoria Falls has several churches. For more details, please contact the Club reception.

Yes, early morning tea and coffee can be served to your room on request. Please inform the Club butlers of your order the night before. Tea stations are also found in every room, with our compliments.

The Club is equipped with modern fire and smoke detection systems, alarms and fire fighting equipment including internal and external sprinklers. Please read the Fire Notice on your bedroom door and follow instructions in the event of an emergency.

A glass-fronted fitness room with free-standing exercise machines and a weights area is available below the pool deck at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, boasting an unrivalled view of the bushveld, including a wildlife-rich waterhole.

If you require any medical assistance, please contact the Club Manager/butlers, who will make the necessary arrangements. Reception has a basic first aid box. Please remember that you are in a malaria zone, and appropriate anti – malaria prophylactics are recommended. Please ensure that you have received professional advice. For a doctor or a dental technician in situations other than an emergency, please see the Club reception to arrange for an appointment.

There is a gift shop located in the lobby at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge. It offers a wide selection of upmarket merchandise including clothing, leather goods, jewellery and exclusive memorabilia. Opening hours 08:00 to 20:00.

The estate operates a regular courtesy shuttle from the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge and Club receptions to the Victoria Falls Rainforest and Victoria Falls city centre, picking up and dropping off at: - Wild Horizons Main Booking Office (Day time), Victoria Falls Publicity Association (Evening) - The Victoria Falls city centre and curio car park - Outside the main banks - The Victoria Falls Rainforest entrance Please enquire at the Club Reception for departure times. Other specific transfers around the city, such as the golf course, etc., can be arranged through the Club butlers. In the evening, we recommend utilising the shuttle service to and from The Boma. This can be arranged by your Club butlers.

For our energetic guests, we have a Pickleball court at the Boma complex. Ask at the poolside bar for the ball and rackets. There is also a well-shaded children’s play area.

A private swimming pool is available for Club guests only. Alternative swimming pools are located both at the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge and at the Boma complex. The swimming pool areas are open all day and towels are provided. Guests wishing to use the swimming pool after sundown are requested to respect the natural beauty and sounds of the African evening. Please observe the safety notices at the swimming pools.

Victoria Falls Safari Collection does not offer kosher meals prepared on site, as kosher catering requires specialised facilities and rabbinical certification which we do not currently have. We welcome kosher observant guests and provide structured support to ensure their comfort and dining experience Guest Guidelines. Guests requiring strictly kosher meals are advised to bring their own pre- prepared meals, clearly labelled with: - Guest name - Date - Meal type (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) Meals will be stored, reheated, and served by our team with care and respect for kosher handling. Meals are reheated and served in our restaurants or bars. A cover charge applies per meal to cover service and facility use. Warming facilities (typically the Queen Nandi kitchen) are made available, subject to availability and group size. This ensures separation from non- kosher preparation areas. Guests attending The Boma will be charged the full rate or discounted rate (depending on package) to cover the entertainment component, even if consuming their own kosher meals. Guests often ask: “Do you have a Mashgiach on site?” We do not have a Mashgiach (kosher supervisor) on site. As such, we cannot provide rabbinically certified kosher preparation. Our role is limited to reheating and serving guest- provided kosher meals in a respectful and supportive manner.
